This morning, my phone rang before I was out of bed.

A little voice said:

Robi, are you coming to have lunch with me at school today?

Sweet Matilda.

Some gifts are so priceless it takes your breath away.

Valentine Weekend {#1}

Our weekend started on Friday.

We had a picnic at the Meyerson Symphony Center

and then went to a concert.

Where the DSO performed one of my Favorite symphonies.

It is my absolute favorite…

Then on Sunday…we went to tea.

High tea at the Dallas Arboretum. It was perfect.

Granddaughters, Donuts and Love

Yesterday, Larry and I had lunch with Matilda.

We sat with her class,

ate Chic-Fil-A, donuts and visited with all of her friends.

It was a perfect lunch

with two of my favorite people.

Sometimes,

I say to myself, can life get any better?

Then I whisper: NOPE.

Tesla In Space

I am an ARTist,

and

I get it.

The idea of a Tesla in space….is creative.

It is a pioneer experiment most definitely.

They said aliens might find it in a million years.

In His Arms

Yesterday was a good day.

I had a {GREAT} visit with our family DR.

Since I am finished all cancer treatments,

it is time to get this old bod back in shape.

{today is post cancer blood work, for a baseline}

Larry worked from home yesterday.

I cooked dinner

and

we cuddled, watching The Bachelor.

He kept asking:

what is wrong with people?

Are they so unhappy alone

that they have to compete with 25 others for love?

Then two of the girls had a big fight.

He said:

Oh. That’s why people watch this.

I was still lying in his arms when

he turned the channel to DATELINE.

Some evenings are just to good for words.

The Less You Respond

Today’s post was wonderful.

It was filled with reflections on moments

of rudeness and people who are less than original.

I got a bit pissy and tangled up in the emotion of it

and then deleted it all.

Larry calls me a “TARGET” for people like that.

It hurts when people whom you considered friends

are throwing the darts.

I will post the Internet images I got…with the artists permission of course.

I am happy and busy.

Life is filled with love, joy and ART.

Perhaps if you find your own love and joy,

you will not have to copy or be rude?

….just a thought.
