I can hardly believe that the photo below was taken two years ago. We had just bought a new vacuum cleaner and Matilda fell in love with the box that it came in.

I am so proud of the teenager that Matilda is becoming. and cannot wait to see how she grows over the next ten years. (she will be 21 in ten years!)

Being a grandmother, often allows me to reminisce about my own grandmother. She was my fathers mother and I adored her. Often, I wish that I could share “grandmother” stories with her.

Today is the last day of august. I am so ready for this hot summer to be over. Are you?
