The Calm

I just finished reading one of my favorite blogs.

The author, reminded me to just keep going.

No matter what.

No matter what happens in your life,

YOU alone are in control.

YOU can chose how you react

to the negatives in your life.

Photo: I have owned this BP thing for YEARS! Last week, I was told to start charting again.

Are you being a negative?

I know that I am being negative

and am trying to change that.

A few days ago, Lauren said:

You just never know what someone is going through.

I said:

And some people who are being rude,

might not know what we are going through.

Lauren totally agreed.

Isn’t this where we all try to be kind and respect others?

I am sorry to say,

I have been awful about this.

People who treated me like crap,

I just go, vanish. {no confrontation}

It feels great and my BP is responding in the best way.

My DR will be happy

and

my days are calm.

Photo: Scrabble Jr. with Matilda yesterday.

Yesterday, after Larry was finished working,

we drove to the country

and

played board games with Matilda.

After the games,

Larry and I drove home in the twilight.

I held his hand and we talked about many things.

Thank You God for my many blessings. Amen.

Love you.

well said, Rob! I love you so much and our time is so very precious. Why waste it on negative people with negative attitudes. You can help with a positive additude, but the responsibility rests on those who would rather spend this valuable time finding fault in everything than holding themselves responsible for their own happiness. Benjamain Franklin was once heckled by a citizen who asked where was that happiness guaranteed in the constitution. Mr. Frankin replied it only guaranteed the pursuit of happiness. Finding it was up to him! Happiness is there if you search it out and spreads when shared.
