I would go for the lights….you can cover up with enough clothes and blankets, can certainly go without TV; and can manage to feed off of non-cooked junk. Sit back and read until everything else joins back in
In the winter it would have to be the furnace. For Rodger it would be a toss up between the furnace and the tv. Of course it would be nice not to lose the refrigerator/freezer since it is packed full. Makes me think I should have sterno on hand but if desperate we have a gas grill outside.
