Yesterday started with an appointment at the eye Dr, for both Larry and myself.
We passed with flying colors…well, for our age that is.
Larry got back to work after the DR visit and I worked on a “little” project. THEN, I took him out to lunch. We had not done that in ages. It was a wonderful hour to visit and eat a bunch of food really early in the day.
After that huge lunch we came back to The Cottage so Larry could finish his work day…(if that will ever happen!!!)
The afternoon was busy, but we had one more thing on the schedule. (tickets) Larry took me to see The African Queen on the big screen, while sitting in super luxe chairs and eating fun snacks. We were celebrating The African Queen’s 70th anniversary.

Seeing this movie at the theater was devine. I had only, ever seen it on TV….. It was filmed in 1952. In Africa.
Yesterday was…lets say eventful. (filled with many special moments to remember) Maybe today will be calmer? I am off to walk my 3 miles and pick out new frames for the perscription the DR gave me.
July full moon is tomorrow. July 23rd, 2021 at 10:00 am CST…I saw it last night while driving home from the movies. It was perfection. It should be beautiful tonight too…..
Love you beyond the moon.
