Mothers Day

On the day before Mothers Day, I spent the day with my family at a Renaissance Faire. It was an amazing time that we had together. Larry has a few photos…I will snatch them from him and post them soon.

On Mothers Day, Larry took me to the Arboretum for a picnic.

….It was a beautiful day at the gardens. We sat and people watched before going to our garden for lunch.

We were sitting, talking….and a fairy girl appeared and sat in front of us. She played with the fish. It was beautifully odd. She Looked like a woman but had a childlike quality about her. Then she left…

Larry and I made our way to our garden….and had our picnic.

Our picnic was good. Larry always makes the best picnics.

We enjoyed every bite and every sip…..

The weekend was wonderful. I spent it with my favorite people.

Update: Photo: Jamison gave me this Willow Tree Angel for Mother’s Day. She is called Warm Embrace

Update: Today I am three weeks past major throat surgery. I am ok. Trying to recover this time is difficult, mentally and physically. Larry mentioned walking a couple of miles today. It sounds awful. I hate to disappoint him and besides, I really need to start moving again. I have a Dr’s appointment tomorrow. My voice is not back (I can talk but it sounds awful, I make quaky sounds) so a decision will be made if I need to go see a laryngology specialist.

The sewing machine out and I am ready to sew a new dress. Matilda’s piano recite is this weekend…I need a new dress! Stay tuned!

Have a wonderful day.

Love you beyond the moon.
