Yesterday, Larry and I went to the market for groceries, did chores around the house, took a short drive and picked up dinner from a little restaurant in Plano. Sunday, Dinner and Movie yesterday was fun. Larry insisted on take away since it was PI Day. (Besides, I was tired and did not want to roast the chicken that was on our menu) Thank you Larry, for taking care of dinner.
Menu: Pizza, wedge salad, and pretzel with queso.
Dedo, sat as centerpiece during our meal yesterday.
Little Dedo…..Most gargoyles are depicted as grotesque creatures, but it is said that – like snowflakes – you will never find two that are exactly alike. Some legends say that these stone creatures actually come to life to ward off evil, and that they can communicate with others when the wind or rain passes through their mouths. Little Dedo is a small gargoyle with pointy ears and human-like feet on the Notre Dame Cathedral. … Since its rediscovery, the creature has been affectionately known as Little Dedo the gargoyle with the crossed toes. *we brought him home from Paris many years ago…
Dinner was spectacular….
Dessert: I made an orange cake. I LOVE making this cake.
Movie: I Care A Lot
Larry and I cuddled and watched I Care A Lot. We love the actors in this movie and the story held our attention till the last moments. It was wonderful! We recommend it.
Monday, Monday…
Love you beyond the moon.
Robin
